  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship across India.

  • Dispatch Time: All orders are packed and dispatched within 3-4 working days of receiving your order.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Areas: 5–7 business days (may vary due to local conditions)

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free Shipping on orders above ₹1499

    • ₹80 flat shipping fee for orders below ₹999

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email to stay updated.

Shipping Policy

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. MEEMO is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Cancellation and Return Policy

​Because Meemo offers edible, perishable products, we have a strict but fair return policy in place to ensure safety and transparency for all our customers.

Eligible Return Scenarios:

  • Items received are damaged, leaking, or incorrect.

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Important Condition for Returns:

To qualify for any return or complaint:

  • You must share a complete unboxing video starting from the unopened package, clearly showing the issue.

  • Without this video evidence, no return or coupon will be processed.

Refund Policy:

  • No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Instead, upon approval, a store credit coupon of equal value will be issued.

  • This coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be redeemed on your next purchase.

Product Condition for Return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was sent — including no swaps, changes, or tampering inside the parcel.

  • Any signs of usage, alteration, or missing components will make the product non-returnable.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled after 2 hours of confirmation.

  • Since we begin prepping your package quickly, any late cancellation disrupts the process for fresh, small-batch dispatching.
